How to complete the Deadliest Catch Challenge in BitLife

The new challenge for the week is live in CandyWriter’s mobile sim, BitLife.  This challenge, the Deadliest Catch Challenge, is one where you get assigned some quite filthy tasks to do. Same as always, you have a few days to finish this challenge to earn a unique reward on your account. Here’s how you can go about finishing off these tasks. Inspired by the long-running Discovery TV show, this challenge is a lot more salacious than its inspiration. Yes, you’ll be doing a lot of crab fishing, but not just in the way you think. Keep reading to learn more.

How to become a crab fisherman in BitLife

Once you’re in the game, make your character. Set your birthplace to Anchorage and you’re ready to go. First things first, don’t worry too much about your education. You can become a crab fisherman in BitLife with just a High School diploma. From high school, you can hit up the job market to find the position you need.

The first step is to know how to get the job to show up. Sometimes, you can simply restart the app to get the Occupation tab to refresh, but this doesn’t always work. Most of the time, you just want to age up and refresh the jobs tab that way. Luckily for busy players, it won’t take too long. The developers regularly mess with the backend code to force the jobs necessary for challenges to show up more often. This makes it so players rely a little less on RNG to get steps done.

Look for the Greenhorn job, listed next to Crab Fisherman. When you see it, apply ASAP, as it may not show up again. You shouldn’t have too much trouble getting the job. Once you have the job, start making friends out of your coworkers as soon as you can. This will make your next few steps much easier. Keep working hard at your job and making pals. Then, start sleeping with as many people as you can. The next few steps are covered in our guide on the Deadliest Catch Challenge, but it’s not too hard. Just keep sleeping around and you will eventually become one dirty crab fisherman in BitLife.
