How many deck slots are in Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel?

Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel

The evolution of the iconic card game, Yu-Gi-Oh!, is almost here. The game takes all the past eras of the card game, picking and choosing which cards to keep around. The story mode that’s included isn’t as thorough as some other offerings in earlier games, but you can still play through parts of the iconic anime story.

Being a card game, the core of the gameplay is around building and battling decks. Players will be able to build and duel with different decks made up of more than 10,000+ unique cards, while selecting from all sorts of events and tournaments to compete in. This includes cross-play and cross-save support. These deck slots in Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel are just one part of the process. You will get a total of 20 deck slots available on launch day. Each deck you make will take up a slot, and be displayed when you go to choose a deck to play with before each match.

The developers even put out a tutorial video that explains a bit more about this process. You can see that promo trailer showing off the game modes and more down below. You can also see how the UI works to help players keep better tracks of their decks, with certain cards being used to highlight what deck your using in that slot.

Other additions include the ability to have full cross-save compatibility. Once you download Master Duel, complete the tutorial, and set a user name for yourself, you can then use your Konami ID to get access to your saves on any platform. The game comes out later this month on PC and all major current consoles. So you can get it pretty much anywhere.
