How Many Attribute Points Can You Get in Cyberpunk 2077?

Become iconic - A guide to items in Cyberpunk 2077

Cyberpunk 2077’s Night City is a dangerous place. You will need to improve V’s skills as the game goes on. When you level up, the game will increase the difficulty as well, which will make the game mode fun as you take on better challenges. When you level up, one of the ways you improve is your attribute points and perk choices. These determine how the V you create will be useful. But there’s a catch, there are only so many that you can get. Here’s how many attribute points you can get in Cyberpunk 2077.

Certain interactions also dispersed throughout the game will require you to have certain levels in these categories. There are things like hijacking a car that needs a certain Body score, for example. Raising an attribute level offers flat bonuses as well. You can unlock more RAM for your Cyberdeck by putting points into intelligence as well. The aim of your character development will hinge on your choices here.

You can earn up to 20 levels in a given point category, and with the five areas you can improve, you have an upper limit on how many points you can actually earn. The full level cap of your characters in the game is 50, meaning that the game limits you to a total of 50 attribute points across the five categories.

Most players will want to focus on a couple of areas, rather than spreading those points to make five categories average. You will have pretty bad stats in a few areas, but having a maximum of 20 points in a couple of areas will make your character much better in some tasks. There are some quests that make a ton of use of intellect or hacking skills, for example. Those that enjoy crafting might also want to think about pumping some points in the related areas.
