If you’ve ever played the Hitman series, you know that the technology and weird gadgets are half the fun. From exploding targets with rubber ducks, to using targeted EMP pulses to take out electronic surveillance, Agent 47 is very skilled and experienced when it comes to the “tools of the trade” of being an assassin.
It’s these tools of the trade which are the focus of the latest trailer for Hitman 2 from IO Interactive.
In these new snippets of gameplay, which look great by the way, we see Agent 47 plying his trade with a variety of tools and gadgets. Hitman 2 allows you to take down your foes in a variety of different ways and this video shows just a handful of the many items you can use to do just that. The usual guns, explosives and other implements of murder are here in spades, but there’s a few creative toys in the toybox as well. From weaponized robotics to explosive rubber duckies, there’s plenty of options for players to have fun with.
