Red Dead Redemption 2 finally has some new gameplay. Check out the prequel in action down below.
This latest Red Dead title will put players in control of Arthur Morgan, but the trailer confirms that the protagonist from Red Dead Redemption will be in the game. So we’ll see John Marston one last time. The timeframe for those wondering is 1899, this puts this game in the twilight years of the Wild West, a time of change and conflict. And all of that thematic goodness is all over the place in Red Dead Redemption 2.
As for actual content, this video gives an in-depth look at some of the depth and detail that Rockstar is poring into the open world of Red Dead Redemption 2, such as exploration, horseback riding, and interacting with NPCs. The living and breathing world of Red Dead Redemption 2 is the big focus for Rockstar this time around as they’re putting a lot of detail into not only the storytelling and gameplay, but all the little and easily missed details as well. All in all, Red Dead Redemption 2 is shaping up to be a wonderfully grim and enjoyable experience.
