Developer Natsume has released a whole barrel full of fun for Harvest Moon: Light of Hope. We’ve got both a new trailer, and some details for the DLC Season Pass for the next game in the legendary Harvest Moon franchise.
As anyone familiar with the franchise would expect, Harvest Moon: Light of Hope is all about building a fresh start in a new town filled with colorful characters. All the typical gameplay elements are there from questing, to farming, crafting and making friends and a family. If you’ve wanted something else to sink time into after you’ve done everything in Stardew Valley, here’s your chance for a new time vampire.
There’s a distinct nautical theme that adds some unique elements in terms of character and item designs, as well as some specific quests and other tasks to complete that are unique to this new video game.
Check out the trailer as we as an official description of the game below.
In Harvest Moon: Light of Hope, players begin the game as they set out looking for a fresh start and new surroundings. During their voyage, their ship is hit by a storm and goes down. As they drift into a small harbor town, now in a shambles from the storm, it will be up to the player to help rebuild the town and save the lighthouse…but it won’t be easy! Nevertheless, with some hard work growing crops, tending livestock, and gathering materials for repairs, players will be able to make new friends, start a family, revive the lighthouse, and save the town!
The Season Pass is incredibly cheap at only $9.99, so it’s well worth it for any fans of the series. The DLC add more customization options, new characters, and even some new romance paths for your game. Check out the details and prices for each DLC pack below.
