Guild Wars 2 Wintersday 2021 Start Date and Details

Guild Wars 2 Wintersday 2021

ArenaNet loves its seasonal events in Guild Wars 2. The most recent run of events in the game was the Shadow of the Mad King, and it went great. With all the new and old players alike enjoying the sweet and spooky fun. Now, ArenaNet wants to round the year out with a festive bang. Guild Wars 2 Wintersday 2021 is on the way, and it’s going to be a blast.

Guild Wars 2 Wintersday 2021 December 14 to January 4. Just in case you wanted to know. Here’s what we have in store.

Of course, Wintersday 2021 will likely include all the different in-game events and quests from previous years. But there’s more. There will likely be a rehash of Trixx’s Infinirarium, Bell Choir Ensemble, and more, but that’s not all. During the in-game festivities, ArenaNet will also be running two concurrent sweepstakes.

Players will get the chance to show off their creativity in a selfie competition for one of them. So don your best holiday gear and glam it up to win. Three Grand Prize winners will each receive a Guild Wars 2 Collector’s Edition (complete with a handsome statue of Rytlock Brimstone), and five First Prize winners will each receive a trove of 800 gems.

And with the WvW rework on the horizon, 2022 looks like a heck of a year for the game. Despite the problems Alliances ran into, things are looking up. But to offer a bit more holiday cheer, the developers are doing a sweet giveaway for PC gamers. Anet is partnering with BenQ to give away a BenQ MOBIUZ EX2710S gaming monitor. This pricey but beautiful 10809 165Hz beast could be yours.

The giveaway revolves around just entering the giveaway on Gleam.  Visit the Gleam.io portal and complete activities like following Guild Wars 2 and BenQ on Twitter. You will be given entries for every action that you complete, then Gleam’s app will automatically pick the winner.
