Guacamelee! and its sequel are being ported to Switch
Guacamelee! Super Turbo Championship Edition is coming to the Nintendo Switch in time for the holiday season. Get ready to throw down in this over-the-top lucha platformer.
Guacamelee! Super Turbo Championship Edition includes both the first game and it’s sequel, all customized for JoyCon controls. The bundle also keeps all the post-launch content and updates in place, all for one low price. Teh gameplay is the same as it’s ever been. An action-platformer that plays out a lot like a Metroidvania genre title. In addition to an explosive singleplayer experience, the Switch will allow for four-player local co-operative multiplayer.
The game also features plenty of campy humor, mostly involving chickens, and a great soundtrack themed after Mexican wrestling. As you wrestle your way across the space-time continuum and multiple dimensions, you unlock powerful new abilities which are vital to overcoming the biggest challenges. Did I mention that there are A LOT of chickens in this game?
Guacamelee! Super Turbo Championship Edition launches for the Nintendo Switch this December. Guacamelee! Super Turbo Championship Edition first launched for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Wii U, Xbox 360, and PC in July 2014. Guacamelee! 2 first launched for PlayStation 4 and PC in August.
