Fortnite has been going strong these last few months since dethroning other Battle Royal genre titles, earning hundreds of millions of dollars, and becoming the top dog in this particular gaming scene.
Fortnite developer Epic Games is teaming up with Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment to release a physical version of the popular game. And since Fortnite is also getting a release for the Switch around the same timeframe, it’s safe to say that this will be a big seller this holiday season. Get ready to layer up, because it’s about to get chilly in here with the Deep Freeze bundle.
In terms of what the sticker price gets you, the Deep Freeze bundle comes with the following: Frostbite outfit, Cold Front glider, Chill-Axe pickaxe, Freezing Point back bling, and 1,000 V-bucks. And of course, you get a physical copy of the game as well. The bundle will be for sale on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One platforms.
Fortnite is available now in early access for iOS, Android, PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One. The Deep Freeze bundle will hit retail on November 13, and will sell for $29.99. The Deep Freeze Bundle will also be available digitally on the same day as the retail version.
In other Fortnite news, Season 6 just kicked off with some spooky new challenges and content. And in terms of other bundles, the Xbox One S got a bundle which includes a copy of the game as well.
