Where to find the Razor Claw in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl
You can find it on Victory Road, which means you basically need to beat most of the game. Victory Road is the area ahead of the Elite Four. This is a challenging and high-level area that’s filled with puzzles, strong enemies, and a confusing map.
The Razor Claw is found partway through the zone. You will actually need to reach the final floor of Victory Road, and you will find the ball sitting on the ground in the last map section. Grab it and head out. You can then head to a PC ahead of the Elite Four encounters and evolve the Pokémon.
There’s a lot to learn about this game. You might want to learn a bit about Affection bonuses. If you want more encounters, try finding some Honey Trees.
