Farming Simulator 19 free this week on the Epic store

Farming Simulator 19 Gamescom Gameplay

Farming Simulator 19 is the latest in the long-running farming franchise from German company Giants Software, published by Focus Home Interactive. The new version picks up the plow right where last year left off. Players can crank up a huge array of legendary farm machinery to grow crops from all over the world, and on both American and European farms.

Farming Simulator 19 was incredibly successful at launch, selling more than a million copies in its first 10 days, so it’s pretty easy to see why Epic jumped on this deal while the crop was fresh. This strategy has worked for them so far, as combined with the timed exclusives, Epic has pulled in $680 million through their storefront in 2019. And yes, Epic announced that it would continue giving away free games through the end of 2020.

Farming Simulator 19 also has an active modding community which makes it easy to tweak the game to your liking. Check out this great sim title in the trailer below.

Epic has also revealed next week’s trio of free games: Carcassonne, Ticket to Ride, and Pandemic. Those three games will be available to claim starting February 6th. And if you’re a board game, you likely already own the physical versions of these games, why not grab them for free on PC next week.

Hurry, you have until February 6th at 11:00 AM EST to claim the free copy of this game. To claim Farming Simulator 19 or any other Epic free games, you just need a free Epic account. Once you add the game to your account, once you do it’s yours forever. On a side note, Epic really needs to add a cart to their store, it would help bring in more revenue as people would be more likely to buy multiple games if they could.
