Fall Guys Season 4 gameplay shows off new levels

Fall Guys Season 4 Has 7 New Maps

Fall Guys Season 4 is about to begin a new life of futuristic fun for the Mediatonic hit. As you can 59 other players try to hop across light bridges to quality for the next round, expect to descend into madness that’s punctuated by the upbeat soundtrack. The developer has given fans a taste of what the new maps this season are, well, bright.

The new trailer, seen below. shows off the new levels in more detail, As we can see, we’re getting a bunch of new boards to fool around on. The announcement teases a bit about the very techy theme, noting that players can expect a lot from the seven new boards this update has. “Low Gravity Zones, Forcefields, Flippity Bippities, Chonky Buttons, and Spicy Light Swingers,” will all be a part of the fun.

The heavy lighting and synthy music will feature pretty heavily in Fall Guys Season 4. With a bunch of very techno-inspired lighting and effects, Mediatonic is going hard with the vaporwave feel. Now it won’t just be your sick new gaming PC that glows like an ominous mountain of RGB lighting. The levels in Fall Guys Season 4 will follow the same path.

Each one of the newly teased maps and obstacles adds a new dimension to competing for the crown in this game. The  Low Gravity Zones look rather interesting, as jumping skill is a big part of being good at this game. Messing with the physics of jumping is a recipe for disaster that’s sure to end in chaos, but all in a good way.

The future for Fall Guys and Mediatonic looks pretty bright. The company was just bought out by PC gaming mega-starts Epic Games this month, and they’re already pushing for more features and expanded focus. A push for cross-play and new games modes has already begun, with more news on that expected in the future. The battle royale developer also has plans for many more seasons of post-launch content.
