Elden Ring is a huge hit, and the fans of the new FromSoftware game are looking to really break it down into a science. There are always optimal paths through each challenge in this game, and that means knowing the game in and out. That also means that players need to keep abreast of changes in the game’s patches as they come out. Elden Ring update 1.05 is here, bringing various minor adjustments and bug fixes to the table.
The biggest changes in this patch that most players will notice are actually pretty simple. The Twin Maiden Husk in the Roundtable Hold will now carry their unlocked inventory in New Game+ runs. All the Bell Bearings that impact this have been adjusted. Players will be able to trade more Bell Bearings in instead.
A big focus on the gameplay elements of this patch is also on the Sacred Flasks. FromSoftware “added emphasis” to the Sacred Flask options while resting at a Site of Grace, so it should be simpler to understand how to upgrade Sacred Flasks and allocate the charges. The process appeared to be confusing for some players. Another minor but also useful change is that there are sound effects when other players’ summon signs appear.
