Another week goes by, and we’ve got more progress on the ambitious space sim and MMO Dual Universe. Novaquark released an update onto their site for backers and fans that discusses some of the plans for the future.
The company has seen a massive explosion of user-created content and designs in-game over the last couple of months. As such, part of the updates released by Novaquark focused on new guidelines aimed at limiting copyright infringement and illegal or offensive content within user-submitted content in the game.
Another major feature just added to the space sandbox was its much-needed market system. The developers urge that you familiarize yourself with the market UI in order to make the most efficient use of your time and effort. We’ve already seen new mining and industry systems being added in r0.10, and these new markets will be vital to the growth of the game economy, so it’s great that they’re finally falling into place.
