Doom Eternal system requirements – minimum and recommended specs

DOOM Eternal System Requirements

With the 2016 rehash of DOOM, the FPS franchise was brought back from the hell that was DOOM 3. Chewing your way through Hell Knights, Lost Souls, and other demonic buttheads is just great fun, and it’s set to be even more fun in DOOM Eternal, with more enemies and game modes to blast your way through. The new asymmetrical Battle Mode offers a ton of gory nonsense all by itself, and then there’s the story mode content as well.

Bethesda has even seen fit to include cosmetics in the game as well, although the cosmetics won’t be gameplay-affecting. With the addition of all this new and exciting content, players want to hop right in. So if you have been worried about running Doom Eternal on your PC, there’s no need to worry now. It appears as though the DOOM Eternal system requirements have appeared online.

The DOOM Eternal system requirements appeared briefly on Steam, before the developer seemingly pulled them down. The specs shown are set at a relatively modern benchmark, so those running FX-era or older AMD CPUs, or the weaker first gen i3s from Intel will need to be looking into an upgrade to be able to play this game. Running the shooter at the lower end will net you 60 FPS at 1080p, on low-quality settings. The recommended specs will get you 1440p, 60 FPS, and high-quality settings.
