Devolver Digital is back again this weekend with some good news for fans. As a celebratory lap for the kickoff of PAX West 2019, the quirky publisher is kicking off a sale on a whole smorgasbord of games, with discounts ranging from slight to massive. Another cool addition is that Absolver, the action-RPG that blends martial arts and fast-paced combat with unique characters, is also one sale at a steep discount of 75% off. Though the big news is that you can try it for free for the next couple of days.

GRIS is probably the more surreal and fantastical of the games on sale this weekend. The incredibly beautiful art style belies a much deeper and sinister story about loss and depression, and being trapped in your own head in the worst way. This might be one I pick up as it resonates with me pretty heavily.
Weedcraft Inc is a game ISKMogul reviewed when it first came out, giving it a decent rating based on both its engaging gameplay and biting social commentary. And since it’s a Devolver title, expect plenty of weirdness and stylized nihilism in this clicker-style simulation.
The Messenger blends a retro platforming feel with an intriguing and fanciful story about a young ninja fighting back against a demon. With a distinctly nostalgic art style, the world feels more alive than one would expect.
