Xur is back again, folks, and he’s got more goodies. Each week in Destiny 2, everyone’s favorite traveling merchant hops around. During that time, Xur has stuff for sale. His inventory is often varied and relevant to the content of that season. Each week, he moves around and has a new stock of weapons and more. Each time, he has one unique Legendary for each Guardian class, and a few different weapons and armor sets. And because he always has something new, a lot of players scramble to find the Xur location each week.
So where is the Xur location for the week of December 31, 2021? Keep reading and find out where he is, and what he has in stock. Xur is an Agent of the Nine, and he loves to move around the map. Once a week he moves around to a new location with new stuff to sell for Legendary Shards. He moves after the reset every Friday at 10am PT / 1pm ET / 6pm BST.
Where is Xur on December 31?
Each week, Xur pops around to a few destinations and has a rotating stock of goods to buy. He may move around each week. but Xur has a few set spawns he can popup in. Those locations change each week, so you have to keep hunting for him. Xur locations can include either Watcher’s Grave on Nessus, The Rig on Titan, Winding Cove on EDZ, Giant’s Scar on Io, or The Hangar in the Tower.
This week, you may find him in Winding Cove, EDZ, from December 31, 2021, to January 4, 2022.
If you are having trouble finding Xur at the location mentioned above, you can try logging out and logging back in again. That sometimes fixes his spawns. Once you’ve found him, you can spend the Shards and Glimmer to get your hands on some powerful Exotics and Legendaries in Destiny 2.
What is Xur selling?
Each Guardian class has a few items you can grab. Each one has set rolls on it, so the utility will vary from build to build. Players with a certain class may want to take the time to figure out if the chosen rolls for the week will work with their playstyle. Some players might find very little that they like, and that’s OK too.
