Destiny 2 Duty Bound God Roll Guide

Destiny 2 Duty Bound God Roll Guide

Destiny 2 has added a literal ton of new items and mechanics in its latest expansion. Bungie fans are salivating over all of the new exotics that just dropped. The new weapon crafting system in Destiny 2 The Witch Queen is a huge addition to the game. Gathering and using resources to make the weapons and gear you want is a huge uplift in the quality of life for the game. Players are busy rushing around, trying to find those new Deepsight weapons and caches, learning what secrets they hold. You have a lot to do when it comes to actually earn all these new weapons.

The game has so many options that it’s hard to get your head on straight about which ones you want. Destiny 2 has received a new batch of content that has made an obscene mess of the meta-game. Players are rushing around trying to craft and level the new weapons, all while trying to figure out the new god rolls. Adding to all that is a ton of complexity from Origin Traits and new perk combos.

How to get Duty Bound in Destiny 2

Duty Bound is a weapon that is only available from the Nightfall strike playlist. During certain weeks, the drop table for the Nightfall lists rotates around. You need to play the mode each week to get the entirety of the loot table. There’s also an Adept version you can get from the same source as well. The newly unvaulted Auto-Rifle has a lot of potential, here’s what you can do with it.

Duty Bound PvE God Roll

Corkscrew Rifling or Arrowhead Brake are the two barrel mod choices you have for both game modes. For most players, you’re going to want to opt for Arrowhead thanks to the boost to the ability to apply damage. Tactical Mag is a huge help here. The stats of the weapon pretty well fit with both PvE and PvP modes with the right perks. Speaking of perks, you need to get Frenzy in PvE, there’s no way to avoid the need to boost stats as you’re in combat longer. The choice comes down to whether you want Triple Tap or Perpetual Motion. The decision is about whether you want to get that in-motion bonus or not.

Duty Bound PvP God Roll

The PvP God Roll for this weapon is a pretty set loadout. Accurized Rounds is a huge help for hitting foes at range. Corkscrew Rifling or Arrowhead Brake are the two barrel mod choices you have for both game modes. Zen Moment is arguably the best option on the roster for this weapon in PvP. The ability to get a nice stat boost pretty consistently is great.
