There has been confusion and speculation on what game and where David Brevik would be taking on an advisory role on this “diablo-like” RPG. We now have confirmation he’s joining Path of Exile.
What this means is that GGG have gained an excellent advisor with years of games industry experience. And their going to need it as they launch popular ARPG Path of Exile in China. The news was initially broken via a press release put out by Tencent and has been confirmed by GGG’s CEO Chris Wilson.
Both Brevik and Wilson will be heading to China to help with the game’s launch and to meet fans.
With BlizzCon coming up, lots of fans and players are anxious to see what Blizzard pulls out of the bag at the convention. And to say that people are massively excited would be an understatement.
