ARPG Last Epoch finishes Kickstarter campaign

Last Epoch ARPG

Eleventh Hour Games has successfully concluded their Last Epoch Kickstarter funding run reaching a total of $255,378.

The top-down hack-and-slash ARPG is still in its very early stages, but the team behind it a dedicated to delivering a quality gameplay experience. Even in its current pre-alpha state, Last Epoch looks like a pretty intriguing ARPG with a unique crafting system that allows players to empower gear with unique modifiers. The game will also include various quality of life features and character customization. It will be compelling to see how the devs roll time travel mechanics into the game. Maybe they could draw some inspiration from the upcoming 3.3 Path of Exile patch.

If you want to know more about the game straight from the devs, check out an AMA they did on Reddit earlier this week. Eleventh Hour Games’ Judd Cobler fielded questions from players about game design goals, gameplay mechanics and other general questions.

According to Eleventh Hour Games, Last Epoch will enter Alpha around August 2018 and they have beta slated for April 2019.
