I bet you have some questions about the new in-game event in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. Pavé has come to your islands for the month of February 2021 to offer some pizazz and flair. Most of that will come in the form of various exotic instruments, decorations and more that can be unlocked in the event. I bet you have questions about what the event entails, hence this guide. The most recent New Year’s Event did much of this same stuff. There were items to buy and trade for, and you could then get a special event on the day of that gave out its own rewards. The Festivale celebration is very very much the same way.

How do you get Festivale items in Animal Crossing: New Horizons?
The primary way to get Festivale items in Animal Crossing: New Horizons is to purchase them via Nook’s Cranny. Each day, the bottom left corner of the store has a slot that shows off one seasonal item each day. During February 2021, you will see one new item there each day. You can time travel to get more spawns, but the actual Float is locked to the 15th. Until then, start catching Feathers and saving your Bells. And just like the Snowflakes you see floating around, you need a net to capture the floating feathers.
Keep in mind that you must upgrade Resident Services and then wait for the upgrade to trigger to get Nook’s Cranny. The trigger for this seems to be dependant on a few things, mostly how much money you have spent in the store and how long you have played. Many people theorize that you need to spend as many as 750,000 Bells to unlock the store upgrade.
Keep checking in each day to get the spawns, now be sure to check back on the 15th to finish out the event with Pavé.
There you go, you’re caught up! Now get out there and grab feathers!
