During Capcom’s 30th anniversary live stream, Capcom announced that the Blue Bomber is finally making a return. There are two major announcements contained within that news.
The first bit of big news is as follows: Every game in the Mega Man X series will be coming to modern consoles, including the Nintendo Switch. It was revealed that the collection would be making its way to the latest round of consoles. Even better, gamers can expect the collection by Summer 2018.
But wait, there’s more!
A new Mega Man collection isn’t the only Mega Man news within the 30th-anniversary livestream. According to Capcom, fans can expect a new mainline game — Mega Man 11 — for Nintendo Switch, PC, PS4, and Xbox One next year. And while the details on that game are also sparse, you can check the 2.5D action-packed trailer below.
As mentioned above, the Mega Man X series will be available on Nintendo Switch, PC, PS4, and Xbox One in Summer 2018.
