Ace Combat 7 2nd Anniversary update coming soon

Ace Combat 7

Ace Combat 7 2nd Anniversary is a free update coming this week to Bandai Namco’s latest game in the iconic plane franchise. Get back into the pilot seat of your favorite warplane and go wheels up on some new content. Let’s find out what this new update has in store.

It’s been two years since the newest main game in the franchise came out, and Bandai Namco isn’t content to let it go without one last bang. The game has taken the fictional military conflicts and absurdly large plane bosses to new heights, so the devs wanted to do that too for the game’s final major update.

In celebration of this milestone achievement and the game’s second anniversary, as translated by Gematsu,  it turns out that BAMCO has been working on some stuff. There will be new cosmetic options for planes for one thing. There are almost two-dozen new skins and emblems that can be applied to planes in your hangar when the update goes live. These can be applied to any jet, and there are so many to choose from. The F-4E Mobius, F-15E Garuda, ASF-X Ridgebacks, F-16C Crow and many more are getting new skins in these updates.

Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown is available now for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. You can check out the trailer for Ace Combat 7 2nd Anniversary down below.
